Good growth in SAP consultancy 2C change
The IT and consultancy company 2C change grew on the top and bottom lines in 2009. Operating profit totalled DKK 20 million and turnover grew by 16 percent to DKK 194 million. Profit sharing to employees totalled DKK 5 million.
“Better small and attentive than large and lazy. Customers need a flexible and competent partner who offers the entire palate of knowledge and meetings with the right approach. This is the reason we are growing profitably,” says Nicolaj Vang Jessen, CEO of the 2C change group. He believes that talented employees with a flexible approach are all-important to customers; therefore, 2C change greatly emphasises profit sharing and knowledge-based leadership.
2C change’s turnover grew by 16 percent to DKK 194 million and the operating profit totalled DKK 20 million. 2C change paid just over DKK 5 million in profit sharing to employees and the company’s profit after tax was DKK 10.7 million. 2C change is an SAP consultancy with 120 employees and builds a range of close and long-lasting relationships with its customers that generate growth and profits. The company grew for the fifth year in a row and is the largest Danish-owned SAP consultancy. Its solutions comprise counselling, implementation, development, operation and support of SAP solutions. The major commercial successes at 2C change in 2009 included customers Cheminova, SuperGros and Unicon, all of whom intensified their cooperation with 2C change during the year. Large-scale cooperative relationships are critical to the company’s positive results.
“Customers value speed, flexibility and responsiveness. Therefore, I believe that we have an advantage as a Danish company with a reasonable size, where everyone speaks to everyone else. And customers also receive globally standardised software with SAP as a future-proof guarantee of strength,” he says.
In 2009, 2C change invested in strengthening its position in Norway; the company also expanded its support centre and hosting service, while strengthening its Business Intelligence counselling. The staff grew from 104 to 120 employees.
“We focus on continually developing our competencies and we have very talented employees who are committed to solving our customers’ challenges and tasks,” says Nicolaj Vang Jessen. “Therefore, we are extremely pleased that in 2009 SAP recognised our professional level and certified our support and our hosting. We were also honoured as Partner of the Year.”
